Revolve© is a private development team and a consultation device. The mission of our offering is to bring radical design and development potential to small buildings and community oriented planning. What does "radical" mean? We seek to employ the most aggressive energy savings standards in every building we design, within a specified budget. We specialize in passive heating and cooling designs, progressive vent paths and sheathing systems, high functioning, high horsepower membranes, solar tubes and hydronics, solar cells, bio swails, water/sewer alternatives, grey systems, and off grid, storable energy. Over 50 years, only 5% of a building's overall cost is its construction; we seek to repair that gap and build energy systems into the construction cost, such that the building LIVES. Revolve© is a widely scaleable micro-development service. This conception arises out of a local need to curtail construction practices to humans and communities, instead of placing humans and communities in boxes. We listen. We create the potential to add significant density to the inner-city with beautiful, highly-designed, energy efficient buildings.
