It is based on a lot of experience in the trades, the pitfalls of construction management, the complexities of residential architecture, and many years of creatively interfacing with BDS (Bureau of Planning Services). Our goal is to offer transparency, to lend the owner-developer knowledge about construction practices, architectural requirements, ways of making buildings much more efficient, and facilitating an easy experience with the city. We can act as consultants, enabling the owner to take responsibility for the project, or we can guide the owner into a positive relationship with a general contractor.
